SAND RECLAMATION AREAS

Outside the 12 mile zone the Thornton Bank is the only bank which is wide enough to allow the installation of a wind turbine park in a configuration of multiple rows, in view of the minimum distance of ±600 metres to be foreseen between wind turbines.
